One-on-One Counseling

I work with tweens, teens, and young adults in 50 minutes sessions, using a strengths based, active listening approach.  Clients can expect me to be active, communicative, transparent, and relatable.  

My main areas of specialty are (but not limited to):

  • Forming/Maintaining healthy connections with parents or family

  • Family Conflict

  • Divorce

  • Healthy Relationships

Sessions run approximately 50 minutes and will cost $135.. At this time, I do not accept insurance but can give you a Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Parent Consultation

As a trained Parent Educator in Positive Discipline, I have worked with parents providing support, insight, and concrete tools to enhance connection with kids, better understand their behavior and find solutions to issues that families are struggling with.  

Parents can expect at least a full initial session to get a detailed idea of the issues at hand and then ongoing support and coaching re: how to address various problems.  

Sessions run approximately 50 minutes and will cost $135 At this time, I do not accept insurance but can give you a Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
